Axon Recovery provides a three-year limited commercial warranty on new Axon-branded equipment, including hyperbaric chambers and red light therapy systems. This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in essential original components under normal, intended use. It is additional to any rights that applicable law gives the purchaser.
1. Warranty period and scope
The three-year period begins when the equipment is delivered to its original purchaser or designated original end customer. Proof of purchase, delivery details and the product's identifying information may be requested to verify coverage. Any different binding warranty promised on an earlier sale remains effective.
Covered manufacturing defects affecting the equipment's essential original structural, mechanical, electrical or electronic function will be addressed by repairing or replacing the affected component, or through another remedy required by applicable law.
For hyperbaric chambers, essential original components include the chamber structure, original pressure-control and monitoring equipment, electrical and control systems, and compressors, oxygen concentrators or other auxiliary units supplied as part of the Axon equipment package. For red light therapy equipment, they include the original light assemblies, drivers, power supplies, controls, and factory-fitted cooling or movement systems. Coverage applies to components supplied in the purchased configuration and to manufacturing defects, not normal deterioration.
The three-year warranty period applies to eligible manufacturing defects in these original essential components . Routine consumable depletion, normal wear and unrelated external damage are excluded as described below. The accepted product specification identifies the equipment supplied. Product and order specifications identify the supplied components. A shorter component warranty or additional material exclusion cannot be imposed retroactively on an accepted purchase.
The additional commercial warranty applies to the original purchaser or designated original end customer and is not transferable without Axon's written agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
2. What is not covered
The limited commercial warranty does not cover routine consumable replacement, ordinary wear and cosmetic aging, or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unsuitable site conditions, failure to follow supplied instructions, improper installation or alterations and repairs that caused the fault. These exclusions do not remove remedies for defects that existed when goods were supplied or otherwise arise under mandatory law.
The warranty is not invalidated solely because equipment is used in the residential or professional environment for which it was supplied.
3. Warranty claims and remedies
Please contact us through our Contact page or at hi@axonrecovery.com with the order reference, product details and a description of the fault. Photos or video may help if safe to provide. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe.
Axon will assess the claim and determine an appropriate repair or replacement method for covered manufacturing defects. We may provide technical guidance, approved replacement components or instructions for qualified servicing. Do not arrange unauthorized dismantling, shipment or repair of pressure, oxygen or electrical systems.
A whole-unit replacement is not automatic for a repairable component defect. However, refunds, replacement goods, no-cost service or other remedies will be provided when required by the accepted agreement or applicable law.
4. Service and transportation costs
Under the additional limited commercial warranty, covered replacement components are provided without a parts charge . Unless expressly included in the accepted order or required by applicable law, technician labor, site visits, travel, accommodation, removal or reinstallation, international freight, customs and related transport expenses are customer-paid. Chargeable services are quoted for approval before work begins.
This allocation does not apply where a consumer or purchaser is entitled to a remedy without those costs under applicable law. We will not charge for an expense that the responsible seller or warrantor is legally required to bear. Service availability and arrangements may vary by location and equipment type.
5. Support and legal rights
Instructions for basic operation and maintenance are provided with the equipment. Optional servicing and ongoing maintenance may be arranged separately where available. Necessary spare parts and service are supplied in accordance with applicable obligations.
This commercial warranty does not exclude, restrict or replace rights relating to faulty or nonconforming products. Where the law requires a repair, replacement, refund, compensation, an alternative product or other remedy, the responsible party must provide it notwithstanding an inconsistent commercial-warranty limitation.

For purchases subject to country-specific warranty disclosures, the required notice will also be supplied with the goods or the accepted sales documentation. This commercial warranty does not limit any statutory consumer guarantees.
